Key Responsibilities : * Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff scheduling. * Train, guide, and motivate Sales Assistants to deliver great service. * Monitor store sales and implement strategies to achieve targets. * Manage inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising standards. * Resolve customer concerns and maintain high satisfaction levels. * Greet customers and assist with product selection, styling tips, and queries. * Promote new arrivals, collections, and ongoing offers. * Support stock replenishment and ensure product displays look fresh and attractive. * Handle billing, returns, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
