Looking to onboard a skilled Relationship Manager with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing relationships and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong client relationships to increase business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and generate leads through networking and market research. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives. Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' financial requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including MLAP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an advantage.
