JD - Relationship Manager-Bharat Business The Relationship Manager - LAP & Affordable Loans is responsible for sourcing new customers and managing existing relationships to grow the Loan Against Property (LAP) and Affordable Housing Loan portfolio. The role involves business development, credit analysis, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities: . Business Development: o Source new clients through market visits, channel partners, and referrals. o Promote LAP and affordable home loan products in the assigned territory. o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders like builders, real estate agents, and DSA partners. . Customer Relationship Management: o Manage customer lifecycle from lead generation to loan disbursement. o Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution. o Regularly follow up with existing customers for renewals, cross-sell opportunities, and referrals. . Credit Assessment: o Conduct initial credit evaluation and financial analysis of customers. o Ensure compliance with company's risk policy and documentation standards. o Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans. . Receiving Process 1.1) Oversee the smooth entry and exit of Line Haul vehicles, including timely gate operations and seal checks. 1.2) Supervise the unloading, receiving & staging of shipments bags (including semi large shipments & GTNL) 1.3) Reconcile received shipments against the ERP system for accuracy. 1.4) Ensure empty bags from the previous day are routed to sort centers via material handling systems. 2. Returns Process 2.1) Scan Return to Origin (RTO) bags and route them to the sortation centers. 2.2) Load semi-large and volumetric RTO shipments into sortation center vehicles. 2.3) Manage bagging of all return shipments. 3) Out for Delivery Process 3.1) Scan every shipment & sort them per area and routes. 3.2) Mark received shipments in ERP and missing shipments in the appropriate form. (as "Bags Received, Shipments not Received) 3.3) Create & assign run sheets for all the shipments (volumetric shipments included) for all Delivery Wish Masters. 3.4) Prioritize attempting undelivered Kirana shipments from the previous day. Hub Assistant FTC 3.5) Adhere to the pickup process assign return shipments to Wish Masters, verify pickups, and close the pickup sheet once returns are entered into the ERP system. 3.6) Ensure Runsheet closure after undelivered shipments are validated and reconciled in the ERP system. 4) SOP Adherence 4.1) Ensure accuracy of imaging of shipments by the Wish Master during the Open Box Delivery process. 4.2) Bag, label, and route return shipments to the sortation center. 4.3) Label and route orphan shipments (untracked or duplicate) to the sortation center. 4.5) Close the hub at the end of the day after reconciling all shipments 5) Reconciliation 5.1) Bag misrouted shipments and ensure delivery to the right hub. 5.2) Update the Consumables systems with current and future stock requirements. 5.3) Ensure all white bags are reconciled and sent back to the Sortation Center. 5.5) Separate damaged shipments, exclude them from run sheets, mark as Return to Origin in ERP, & route them back to sort centers. 5.6) Keep the records of van reporting timings, distance driven, no. of volumetric shipments signed & delivered through the Elixia App. 5.7) Pending shipments reconciliation (Including Hold at Hubs) 5.8) Reconcile all cash collections through ERP, ensuring deposits are in line with operational standards.
