Key Responsibilities :Lead Calling & Conversion Make outbound calls to potential customers from CRM, WhatsApp, or ad leads. Explain Freshyzo’s trial offer and products (milk, paneer, ghee, etc.). Qualify leads based on location, product interest, and quantity. 3.Follow-up & Subscription Sales Call trial customers for feedback and conversion to paid subscription plans (monthly/3–6–12 months). Explain pricing, plans, and offer benefits. Follow up on pending payments and renewals. 2.Customer Communication Guide customers on how Freshyzo’s delivery system works. Help with wallet recharge, app usage, and product-related queries. Resolve issues with a polite and positive approach. 3.Feedback & Lead Nurturing Collect trial feedback and understand reasons for non-conversion. Reconnect with inactive, lost, or dormant leads. Help improve customer experience through regular interaction. 4.CRM Entry & Reporting Update lead status and call outcomes in the CRM daily. Maintain accurate records of follow-ups and conversions. Submit daily reports to the manager.
