The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, converting inquiries into admissions, and contributing to achieving our student enrollment targets. --- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads and database. Explain course details, benefits, career opportunities, and institute highlights clearly and convincingly. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to convert them into walk-ins and enrollments. Maintain proper records of daily calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and admissions. Handle incoming calls and resolve queries in a professional and courteous manner. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management. Work closely with the Marketing and Admissions team to support promotional campaigns and events. Provide accurate information about course fee structures, batches, faculty, and placement assistance.
