Roles and Responsibility Conduct quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to address quality concerns. Ensure all projects meet required quality standards upon completion. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Proven experience in quality control and assurance within the Engineering & Construction industry. Strong knowledge of quality management principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools. Experience working on site, including supervising and coordinating staff. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards. Good experience in NH and Roadway projects.
