Inspect the incoming material received from the vendors along with quality team. 12.Check and confirm the execution work of the internal line is as per the survey. 13.Guide, train and instruct the working team of Engineers & contractors so that the work at site is as per the standard work instructions. 14. Prepare and plan for customer inspection 15. Ensure that WCC is Signed off after completion of milestone deliverables. 16. Resolve Queries from commissioning team while commencement of commissioning work 17. Resolve critical site issues through Cross funtional interaction. 2 Mechanical -Technical 1. Ensure availability of crane plan prior to erection activitiy 2. Approve Route and road survey for crane and heavy material movement 3. Lead establishment of site repair centre 4. Ensure fitness of lifting jigs and fixtures 3 Resource Management 1.Monitor plan vs actual for availablity of cranes and equipments, contractors labours, tools and tackels. 2.Monitor productivity of contract labour, utilization of crane and adherance to efficiancy norms and take actions to improve. 3.Ensure quality and availablity of contractor material 4.PLan and execute class room training & skill card distribution to maintain and improve Contractor quality 5.Conduct Contractor Assesment and provide rating based on pre-defined guidelines. 6.Provide reconcilation of material issued to site location. 7.Monitor the norms for all work cost items. 4 Lead implementation of HSE practices 1. Report Unsafe acts, unsafe conditions & near miss monitorting 2. Execute activities as per HSE plan 3. Ensure Issue safety work permits prior to the commencement of Work 5. Compliance of statutory & regulatory requirement as per SECI norms for WTG commissioning. 6. Promote HSE practices through guidance to team during Tool Box Talk 7. Recommend Disciplinary actions as per the govenrnance policy 8. Ensure effective disposal of Waste as per HSE guidelines. 5 Customer Satisfaction 1. Prepare and submit data and documents required for fulfilling the customer reporting requirement. 6 Risk management 1. Register escalate and resolve ROW and other local issues. 2. Update issue register and ensure closure of issue 3. Report NCRs and assist quality & technology team to close NCRs 4. Participate in execution of project change management procedure 7 Excellence and improvement drives 1. Drive improvement projects to achieve and exceed performance targets 2.
