This role will be pivotal in product development, tooling strategy, jig & fixture design , and gauge development , ensuring seamless conversion of customer/OEM requirements into manufacturable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead new part development (NPD) from casting incoming to final machining and validation for OEM customers. Work closely with design, foundry, and machining teams to ensure product feasibility and process robustness. Validate machining process flow, CNC/VMC/HMC programming inputs , cycle time analysis, and productivity improvement. Ensure on-time delivery of proto and sample parts, including dimensional and metallurgical validation.
