Job Description As part of Miratech's healthcare CX transformation for a global leader, we need an IVR Developer to build Genesys-based routing solutions. You'll develop secure IVR applications, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate on migrating legacy call centers to modern omnichannel platforms. This role combines technical expertise with strategic impact - creating seamless customer experiences through optimized call flows and system integrations in a mission-critical healthcare environment. Responsibilities: IVR development, and implementation of Genesys routing projects on the Genesys Engage Platform. Write and review secure, high-quality production code while troubleshooting and debugging as needed. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, generate ideas, and identify opportunities for innovation. Provide regular updates on project status to leads and ensure clear, effective communication with stakeholders. Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure continuity and clarity. Analyse Genesys logs for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with Genesys Engage configuration, and IVR development, including Genesys Voice SCXML Call Flow, GA, OPM, and GRAT development. Experience in GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension), and GA (Genesys Administrator). Skilled in developing routing workflows using Composer and debugging solutions using Genesys Orchestration Server, Genesys Rules Engine, and URS. Database knowledge, particularly in SQL and Cassandra, is advantageous. Experience with SDLC processes and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitHub. Experience with configuration management tools. Familiarity with troubleshooting and supporting Genesys frameworks, reporting, routing, and multi-channel components. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients. Ability to work on-call to provide support as needed.
