Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Turbine and Boiler Desk Engineers at a 600-megawatt thermal power plant located in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The engineers will be responsible for monitoring and managing the turbine and boiler operations, ensuring efficient power generation, performing routine maintenance checks, troubleshooting operational issues, and coordinating with other departments to optimize plant performance. Engineers will ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications \n Proficient in Power Generation and Power Systems Experience with Steam and Electrical Engineering Knowledge in Wind Energy is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Prior experience in thermal power plant operations will be advantageous
