Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive, inspect, and verify goods received against invoices/purchase orders. 2. Store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling, organization, and stock rotation. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies. 4. Issue goods to authorized personnel, ensuring proper documentation and authorization. 5. Conduct regular stock takes, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. 6. Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or losses to management. 7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/store environment. 8. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a storekeeping or inventory management role. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 6. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to [weight] kg/lbs). 7. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems. Working Conditions: 1. Warehouse/store environment with moderate noise levels. 2. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting, and carrying. 3. May require working at heights or in confined spaces.
