Job Title: Post-Sales & CRM Executive Location: Mysore Experience: 2–6 years (Real Estate preferred) Key Responsibilities: • Act as the single point of contact for customers post-booking. • Manage documentation, agreements, and KYC coordination. • Track payment milestones and coordinate with banks for disbursements. • Handle post-sales customer queries, grievances, and updates. • Maintain CRM data and generate MIS reports. • Coordinate with internal teams for handover, snag rectification, and possession. Requirements: • Graduate/MBA with 2–6 years in post-sales or CRM. • Familiar with CRM tools • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
