1. Create a preventive maintenance schedule based on machine specifications. 2. Establish a work program based on a preventative maintenance schedule to determine the approximate use of the material. 3. Check the machines periodically to ensure the repair and maintenance of the machine is done well. 4. Checking the results of processing in the laboratory to find out the work of the machine that has been repaired and do the adjustment / modification of the machine. 5. Create monthly employment reports based on daily and weekly work reports. 6. Make inventory list of machinery and equipment / factory equipment to facilitate ordering of required materials. 7. Monitor Filling of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) into the lorry and ensure the filling is in line with the lorry capacity. 8. Monitor the operation of the boiler and monitor the use of power for processing needs of Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS). 9. Checks the CPO and kernel losses directly for cross check with the results of the analysis from the laboratory. 10. Report processing and engine damage. 11.
