Job Title: Resort Staff Location: Mhow, Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (as applicable) Reports To: Resort Manager / Departmental Heads About the Resort: Belamour Retreat is a premium resort located in the scenic town of Mhow, offering a blend of luxury, comfort, and nature. We are committed to providing exceptional hospitality and unforgettable experiences to our guests. We are currently hiring for multiple positions across various departments. Available Positions: 1. Front Office Executive / Receptionist Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Handle check-in/check-out procedures. Manage reservations and guest inquiries. Maintain front desk records and provide concierge services. 2. Housekeeping Staff Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, common areas, and resort grounds. Restock linens, toiletries, and other supplies. Report maintenance issues or damages. Follow hygiene and sanitation protocols. 3. Chef / Cook (Multi-Cuisine or Specialty) Prepare and present meals according to menu. Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene standards. Work with F&B team to manage inventory and cost control. Innovate seasonal or special menu items. 4. Food & Beverage Service Staff / Waiters Take and serve food & drink orders accurately and promptly. Maintain table settings and ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service. Handle billing and POS systems. 5. Resort Manager / Duty Manager Oversee daily operations across departments. Ensure smooth guest experiences. Handle complaints, emergencies, and staff coordination. Maintain operational records and manage budgets. 6. Security Guard Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property. Monitor entry/exit points and conduct regular patrols. Handle emergency situations and report suspicious activity. 7. Maintenance Technician Perform routine maintenance on resort equipment and systems. Handle plumbing, electrical, and general repair work. Ensure all facilities are operational and safe. 8. Activity Coordinator / Recreation Staff Organize and conduct guest activities (outdoor games, yoga, treks, etc.). Ensure guest participation and safety. Maintain activity area and equipment. Qualifications (General): Minimum 10th / 12th pass for entry-level roles; diploma/degree in hospitality preferred for senior roles. Relevant work experience in hospitality/resort industry.
