Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions such as ESIC, EPF, payroll, salary processing, and onboarding. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector, is required. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement. Maintain and manage ESIC & EPF compliance, documentation, and online portal submissions. Take charge of employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately. Handle statutory compliance, leaves, attendance, and timesheets. Coordinate with site supervisors and teams in various districts. Address employee queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, and HR policies.
