Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and generating leads across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Manage SEO/SEM efforts to drive organic and paid traffic Create and schedule content for social media and monitor performance Analyze web traffic metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc. Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign creatives Monitor trends, competitor activity, and suggest improvements Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush), and analytics platforms Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy Good communication skills in English (Tamil proficiency is a plus) Good to Have: Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and CMS like WordPress
