Track and follow up with past and existing clients to drive reorders, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Maintain strong post-sale engagement to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Solve problems quickly and maintain consistent communication to reinforce trust. Build loyalty through regular check-ins, seasonal updates, and tailored support. Maintain, update accurate records of all interactions and sales progress. Cover 5G Technology Basics and Use Cases , such as (requirements, services, and standardization). Explain 5G Network Architecture and New Radio (NR) Technologies , including (mmWave and small cells). Provide insights into 5G Networks , including (RAN, O-RAN, C-RAN, core, and transport networks). Discuss 5G Hardware , focusing on (implementation and integration). Conduct 5G Testing and Measurements , including (physical layer and system-level testing). Prepare and update training materials , presentations, and hands-on lab sessions. Conduct practical sessions using network simulation tools and telecom equipment. Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback and guidance. Stay current with latest advancements in 5G, IoT, and wireless communication technologies. Develop case studies and industry-oriented projects to strengthen practical understanding. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. In-depth knowledge of wireless communication principles and 5G technology. Experience with network architecture, Radio Access Networks (RAN), core networks, and hardware implementation. Familiarity with telecom testing tools and communication protocols. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for audiences at varying learning levels. Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in telecom environments.
