Job Role: (Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime) Job Responsibilities: *Shift management. *Spare parts planning & procurement. *Preventive maintenance planning & execution. *Troubleshooting in JTEKT grinding machines, NTC/Howa/Horkos/Ensu machining centers,Gantry transfer systems of Giken make, Fuji Honing, LMW, Nissin lathe machines, SPMs of Sugino, Coretec *B/D analysis and countermeasures *Carry out maintenance basics like MTBF, MTTR , why-why analysis etc. *Responsible for maintenance of shop floor HVLS fans,PDB/LDB, lights Cost saving,Energy saving, activity implemantation. Skills: Hands on experience on CNC controls of Fanuc, Mitsubishi & Jtekt make. Hands on experience on Mitsubishi PLC,GOT,Servo, VFD,Seimens PLC 1500 Series Keyence 2D Scanners, laser marking, safety switches, safety PLC *Latest maintenance techniques, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and control. *Sound technical Knowledge of CC-Link system, MES,FL-Net,Profibus *Knowledge of machining processes of Cylinder Head,Block,Crank,Cam & Transmission *Ability to understand the Electrical & Mechanical drawings and Basic Hydraulic, Lubrication, Pneumatic, PLC circuits. Well versed in computer skills, with experience in ERP,Basic Knowledge about SAP. *ISO 9000,ISO 14000 audit documentation. *Ability to prioritize & deploy resources, coordinate with production & production engineering. *Good leader ship skill and team motivating skill *Problem solving approach & analytical thinking. *Able to impart technical & soft skill training to subordinates. *Sound technical knowledge of Marposs measuring system, Pulcom, Cosmo leak testers
