Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the entire receivables process, ensuring timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debts and improve cash flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues related to receivables. Analyze and report on receivables performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to receivables. Maintain accurate records and reports of all transactions related to receivables. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in financial analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
