Knowledge and Skills: Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of market characteristics and the ability to craft sales strategies. Communication & Presentation: Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively and maintain a positive attitude. Sales Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in selling capital equipment. Technical Expertise: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions based on technical expertise. Education & Qualifications: Educational Requirements: BE (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) or equivalent. Certifications: Formal sales training will be an advantage. Experience: 5-8 years in capital equipment sales.
