As the District Operations Manager at ReadyAssist, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete operational practice within the district. Your main duties will include leading the conversion of leads, managing the overall Profit and Loss (P&L) for the district, and forming alliances with various parties such as showrooms, cab unions, and used car showrooms to generate potential leads for retro fitment and alternative fuel systems. You will be tasked with onboarding partner workshops for retro fitment and alternative fuel systems, managing the inventory of retro fitment kits and components, and hiring a team including Sales Executives, Demand Managers, Workshop Managers, Mechanics, and other required manpower with approval from the headquarters. Collaboration with the central marketing team to execute frequent marketing activities aimed at lead generation, achieving 100% target for the district on a monthly basis, and ensuring workshop efficiency for fitment are crucial aspects of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for the timely recovery of retro fitment kits from workshops in case of partnership cancellations, and providing daily reports to the Project Manager regarding conversion and installment progress. We are seeking candidates with experience in the automobile industry, particularly in vehicle modification and repairs, or expertise in alternative fuel systems. A proven track record in managing multiple branches, B2C sales, lead generation, and conversion is preferred, along with the ability to coordinate with customers, kit suppliers, workshop owners, and mechanics. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling district responsibilities in the absence of key personnel such as Demand Managers and Sales Executives, and be willing to take on additional district duties for an unspecified period if required. ReadyAssist is a technology-backed roadside assistance and vehicle lifecycle management company with a nationwide presence, offering real-time breakdown assistance and on-spot repair services.
