Scope & Planning: Conduct a detailed review of drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications, ensuring clarity in scope before execution. Material Management: Receive and validate materials from the warehouse as per order/BOQ, ensuring quality and accuracy. Site Coordination: Manage and coordinate multiple teams (civil, interior, electrical, and plumbing) to ensure timely and efficient project execution. Progress Monitoring: Share daily progress reports with the client and internal teams, ensuring all activities are aligned with project timelines. Safety & Compliance: Ensure that all installation work adheres to safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve site issues in coordination with engineers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project momentum. Quality Assurance: Enforce strict quality control measures to meet high standards in interior, electrical, and plumbing installations. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Civil Engineering or equivalent (Minimum 10-15 years) Industry Experience: Prior experience in large-scale commercial and hospital interior fit-outs is mandatory Site Management: Must have on-site experience and be willing to travel for project execution. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of interior finishes, electrical, and plumbing systems. Project Management: Familiarity with scheduling, sequencing of installation activities, and contractor coordination. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Detail-Oriented Approach: High standards for quality and compliance. Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and project teams. Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
