Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests. Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients. Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback. Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients. Skills Required : Strong communications skills. Strong Interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills. A relevant Bachelors/Master’s degree. A keen interest in business development.
