Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee all academic, co-curricular, and residential activities. Ensure a safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating environment for students and staff. Foster innovation in pedagogy, especially in nature-based learning and tech integration. Recruit, mentor, and develop teaching and non-teaching staff. Build strong communication channels with parents, community stakeholders, and school management. Uphold discipline, values, and daily routines suitable for a residential setting. Eligibility Criteria Master’s Degree in Education or related field (M.Ed., MA, M.Sc. with B.Ed. preferred). Minimum 7–10 years of academic leadership experience , with at least 3 years in a residential school environment . Strong administrative, communication, and people management skills. Deep understanding of child psychology, holistic development, and experiential education. Passion for nature-based schooling, cultural values, and balanced living. Preferred Qualities A dynamic personality with spiritual grounding and futuristic vision. Experience with alternative education methods or CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
