We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally Prime. This role involves managing financial records, preparing balance sheets, reconciling bank statements, maintaining cash flow, and handling day-to-day financial activities of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Operate and manage accounting software, primarily Tally Prime. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the Balance Sheet. Manage cash flow to ensure the financial stability of the organization. Perform bookkeeping duties including journal entries, ledgers, and financial documentation. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between financial records and bank statements. Monitor and track day-to-day financial transactions and ensure timely entry of all records. Assist in internal and external audits as needed. Provide financial data analysis and reporting to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel. Sound knowledge of accounting standards and principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Good organizational and communication skills.
