Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a IT Technical Recruiter at E-IT in Trichy / Chennai/ Bangalore. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting in the Information Technology domain, including IT recruitment, hiring, and building strong candidate relationships. Qualifications • Good Knowledge in IT Recruitment. • Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills. • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.) • Able to work independently with minimal instructions. • Good working knowledge on various job portals like Naukri, Monster, etc. • Experience working with Direct Clients and Third-Party Vendors / Implementation Partners. • Work experience on Application Tracking System (ATS) • Able to multi-task and adapt quick changes. • Must have strong end-to-end IT Recruitment / Technical staffing experience.
