Plan and coordinate installation of pipe supports, steel columns, trusses, platforms, tanks, and equipment foundations. 2. Planning & Scheduling Develop and monitor weekly/monthly construction plans and progress schedules (with Planning Engineer). Allocate resources (manpower, materials, equipment) efficiently to meet milestones. Review and update progress tracking sheets, S-curves, and bar charts. 3. Quality & Inspection Coordination Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections, NDT, hydrotesting, alignment checks, and punch list clearance. Ensure compliance with ITPs, WPS/PQR, and weld maps. Review and resolve technical issues on-site in coordination with the engineering team. 4. Safety & Compliance Ensure implementation of HSE plans, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems. Promote safety awareness among site teams and subcontractors. Enforce the use of proper PPE, lifting plans, scaffolding safety, and fire safety during hot work. 5. Subcontractor & Workforce Management Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field supervisors. Monitor productivity, workmanship, and work discipline of the workforce. Conduct daily briefings, site meetings, and resolve execution challenges. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site logs, material consumption reports, and delay analysis. Review and verify quantities for billing, JMRs, and material reconciliation. Submit regular progress and status reports to project management and client. 7. Interface Management Coordinate with design/engineering teams for construction clarifications (RFIs).
