We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Team Lead / Senior Team Lead – Operations to manage our Insurance Voice Process at our Bhiloda Centre with a team of 18–20 agents, driving SLA adherence, attrition & shrinkage control, productivity. Required Candidate profile 3–6 years of BPO operations experience, with at least 1 year as Team Lead. Experience in Insurance or Customer Support Voice Process preferred. Ready to work from the Bhiloda centre (on-site role).
