Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Center Manager to support the daily operations and service delivery at our Beawar branch. The ideal candidate should ensure the smooth functioning of the center while maintaining high standards of patient care, administration, and coordination across departments. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily administrative and non-clinical operations of the center. Ensure smooth patient flow across all service points: reception, billing, consultation. Monitor staff attendance and shift discipline. Team Supervision Supervise front office, housekeeping, and other support staff to ensure discipline and efficiency. Act as a liaison between clinical staff (doctors, nurses, lab staff) and management. Billing & Finance Ensure accurate billing via HMS software, verify charges, and maintain transaction records. Prepare daily cash flow reports and ensure same-day cash deposit in the bank. Facility Management Monitor the cleanliness and hygiene of the center as per hospital standards. Supervise small maintenance works and coordinate larger issues with vendors/maintenance teams. Ensure inventory management for daily consumables and raise purchase requests in time. System & IT Coordination Coordinate with the IT team for timely resolution of issues related to: Software (HMS) Biometric devices CCTV systems Vendor & Inventory Management Manage vendor coordination for procurement of non-clinical supplies and services. Ensure cost-efficiency and timely delivery of required items. Reporting & Compliance Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Operations Head. Ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to PCPNDT and ART cell. Maintain the Medical Records Department (MRD) and ensure proper documentation and filing. Patient Interaction & Feedback Collect patient feedback and escalate areas of concern or improvement. Work with the team to enhance overall patient experience.
