You will lead a team of QA analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a critical role in the successful delivery of Salesforce projects. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA analysts, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and define comprehensive test strategies and plans. Develop and execute sophisticated test plans, test cases, and test scenarios, covering functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce solutions. Lead the testing efforts for complex Salesforce integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless data flow. Champion the identification, documentation, and prioritization of defects using a defect tracking system, and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions. Participate in design and requirements reviews to ensure testability and coverage of all business scenarios. Implement and utilize test automation tools and frameworks for Salesforce testing to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to troubleshoot and validate technical issues during testing. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform updates, features, and QA-related developments. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall QA efficiency and effectiveness. Provide regular QA status reports, metrics, and progress updates to project stakeholders and management. Support the QA team in continuously improving testing processes and procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with a strong focus on testing Salesforce applications and integrations. Previous leadership experience in managing a team of QA analysts. Expert-level understanding of Salesforce functionalities, data model, and declarative configurations. Extensive experience in designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases for complex Salesforce solutions. Proficiency in different testing methodologies and approaches, including manual and automated testing. Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks for Salesforce, such as Selenium or Salesforce-specific tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Salesforce Certifications & Accreditations Required Salesforce Certified Administrator : While not specific to QA, the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification provides a foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform, which is essential for a QA professional working with Salesforce applications. Nice To Have Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator : Building on the Administrator certification, the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification validates deeper knowledge in Salesforce administration, including security, automation, and data management.
