We are looking for a proactive and organized Graduate Trainee to join our Academic Management team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day academic operations such as timetable preparation, student interaction, coordination with faculty, and overall academic support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timetable Creation & Management:
• Prepare, update, and maintain daily/weekly academic timetables.
• Coordinate with faculty members for schedule planning and adjustments.
• Ensure timely communication of schedule changes to students and staff.
• Student Interaction & Support:
• Assist students with academic queries and provide required guidance.
• Manage student attendance records and highlight irregularities.
• Facilitate smooth communication between students and academic coordinators.
• Academic Coordination:
• Support in organizing classes, assessments, and academic events.
• Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure timely circulation of study materials and notices.
• Administrative Assistance:
• Assist in daily office operations related to academics.
• Coordinate with different departments for seamless workflow.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
