As a Job Placement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our students academic accomplishments and their successful transition into the professional world. This position involves not only facilitating job placements for our students but also providing essential soft skills and interview preparation sessions to enhance their employability. Key Responsibilities: Job Placement Facilitation: Work closely with STAENZ Academys students to understand their career aspirations and job preferences. Act as a mediator between students and potential employers to facilitate successful job placements. Industry Research: Stay updated with the current job market trends, industry requirements, and employer expectations to align our students skills with the latest industry demands. Resume and Portfolio Enhancement: Assist students in crafting effective resumes, cover letters, and portfolios that highlight their strengths, experiences, and accomplishments. Soft Skills Training: Conduct comprehensive soft skills training sessions for students, focusing on communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and other essential workplace skills. Interview Preparation: Design and deliver interview preparation workshops, mock interviews, and constructive feedback sessions to help students perform confidently during job interviews. 6. Employer Network Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential employers, industries, and organizations to create a robust network for job placements. Career Counseling: Provide personalized career counseling to students, guiding them towards the most suitable job opportunities based on their skills and career aspirations. Placement Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student placements, track their progress, and generate reports for management and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance the job placement program, soft skills training modules, and interview preparation techniques to ensure the highest level of effectiveness and relevance. Requirements: Education and Experience: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field, along with prior experience in job placement coordination, career counseling, or HR recruitment. Additional certification in soft skills training or interview coaching will be advantageous. Soft Skills Expertise: Proficiency in teaching soft skills and a deep understanding of various aspects of professional development, including communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. Interview Techniques: Demonstrated expertise in interview preparation techniques, including conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback to candidates. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with students, employers, and industry professionals effectively. Empathy and Patience: A genuine interest in helping students succeed and the ability to empathize with their career concerns and aspirations. Networking Skills: Strong networking and relationship-building skills to connect with employers and build a robust job placement network.
