Job Description

Role & responsibilities Act as a strategic HR to Zonal Sales/Marketing/Operations/Manufacturing Heads. Partner with Regional Teams Sales and Plant HR for market-level alignment and synergies. Lead end-to-end HR delivery across the zone including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, L&D, and Compensation. Ensure seamless implementation of corporate HR initiatives such as PMS, Employee Engagement Surveys, R&R Programs, and Diversity & Inclusion. Manage and mentor a team of HR Business Partners and ensure alignment with central HR COEs. Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Maintain proactive employee engagement and industrial harmony across sales and plant teams. Analyse HR metrics and provide actionable insights to business leaders. Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory requirements across the zone. Preferred candidate profile 16-22 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in FMCG or similar high-performance industries. Prior experience in a Zonal or Regional HRBP role is preferred. Ability to thrive in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders. Open to travel within the zone-North-East & East.
