UX/UI Designer

Key Responsibilities

UX Design Responsibilities

• Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, persona development, empathy mapping, and usability testing.
• Develop

  Information Architecture

  such as site maps, user flows, navigation structures, and content hierarchy.
• Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using tools like

  Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision

  .
• Design intuitive interactions, micro-interactions, and seamless user journeys.
• Plan and execute usability tests, gather insights, analyze results, and iterate designs accordingly.
• Perform

  Heuristic Evaluations

  to identify UX issues and propose improvements.
• Participate in

  A/B Testing

  and support product decisions with data-driven insights.

UI Design Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and consistent UI designs aligned with brand style guides.
• Apply expertise in

  color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

  .
• Create UI elements such as buttons, icons, menus, forms, and components.
• Build responsive designs optimized for multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Develop and maintain

  design systems

  , including design tokens, themes, primitives, and component libraries.
• Ensure pixel-perfect visual implementation and collaborate closely with developers for handoff.
  

Design Process & Methodologies

• Strong understanding of

  Design Thinking

  : Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test.
• Experience working with

  Lean UX

  , creating MVPs, and rapidly iterating based on user feedback.
• Familiarity with

  User-Centered Design (UCD)

  and

  Iterative Design

  processes.
• Ability to work in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Tools

• Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD / InVision
• User research & usability testing tools
• Wireframing & prototyping tools
• Design systems & component libraries
• Understanding of web and mobile design guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven portfolio showcasing UX/UI work across web and mobile applications.
