Roles and Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, objectives, and organizational culture. Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, providing guidance and insights on recruitment strategies. • Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job descriptions and candidate profiles. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media,Head Hunting,Lateral Hiring, networking, and direct sourcing. • Conduct proactive and creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the specified requirements. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks. • Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies.
