Utilize various recruitment methods, including job Portals, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Coordinate interviews and assessments between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Negotiate job offers and manage the offer process, including salary discussions and releasing of the Appointment letter within TAT Raise salary fitments for approvals and offer generations. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions. Onboarding - Engagement of the candidate journey from offer to On-boarding.
