What you will do: As a Brand Strategist at Sify, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, business, and product leaders to shape, elevate, and communicate Sifys brand to the market. You will drive strategic brand initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with key business objectives while strengthening brand visibility and differentiation. You will manage large media integrations, sponsorship opportunities, and lead brand positioning efforts across diverse channels, ensuring Sify's services are recognized and understood by key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external teams (marketing, events, content, digital, product, and design) to lead brand strategy planning and execution across all touchpoints. Develop integrated and data-backed brand strategies that address complex business challenges and elevate Sifys market presence. Lead large brand initiatives including strategic sponsorships, partnerships, and IP integrations to enhance brand visibility and affinity. Provide strategic guidance on naming, brand architecture, and positioning across Sifys portfolio, using insights from business strategy, competitive analysis, and target audience research. Advise senior leadership on strategic brand decisions, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all platforms, including digital, print, events, and other experiential marketing. Own and manage day-to-day brand strategy requests, including logo usage, visual identity guidelines, co-marketing partnerships, messaging, and positioning strategies. Lead the creation of compelling brand narratives, ensuring all messaging is aligned with Sifys mission, values, and business goals. Collaborate with media, advertising, and PR teams to amplify brand campaigns and maximize reach. Key Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in brand strategy, brand management, and execution, with a focus on large-scale sponsorships, IP integrations, and cross-functional brand initiatives. Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to develop actionable brand strategies. Brand Expertise: Proven experience in brand management, positioning, and development across various touchpoints. Strategic Advising: Ability to influence senior stakeholders and provide sound strategic counsel on brand decisions. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with teams across marketing, design, product, and sales. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presenting to senior executives. Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures. Research-Driven: Experience in commissioning, analyzing, and applying market research to inform brand strategy decisions. This individual must excel at: Brand Innovation: Ability to bring fresh perspectives to the brand strategy, driving innovation in sponsorships and IP integrations. Project Management: Managing multiple brand initiatives from concept to execution with a focus on timely delivery and high-quality results. Public Speaking: Comfortable presenting to large audiences, representing Sifys brand vision and strategies.
