Summary / Purpose of the role - Spares Generation, replacement pump, retrofit and modification of own and competitor make pumps, Customer Relationship Management, Contribute in building the organizations image, retaining existing customers, increasing penetration and coverage, Generate business and updates the commercial issues with customers Thorough knowledge of Installed base. Key Responsibilities Primary responsibilities - Achieve Spares & service sales target - Timely collection of payment. - Setting and achieving AOP/ QOP/ MOP targets Secondary responsibilities - SAP Knowledge - Problem Solving skill - Communication skill
