Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies for SAP implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
Lead and manage the testing lifecycle, including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance Testing.
Work closely with functional and technical teams across SAP modules (such as MM, SD, FI/CO, HCM, PP, etc.)
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Utilize test management tools like HP ALM, Solution Manager, JIRA, etc.
Drive test automation initiatives using tools such as Tricentis Tosca, UFT, or Selenium (where applicable).
Track and manage defects, ensuring timely closure with proper root cause analysis.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and offshore/onsite teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior testers in the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of SAP testing experience

Strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies and business process flows.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools.
Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
ISTQB certification is a plus.

Work Location:

Chennai
Bangalore (Preferred: Whitefield, Electronic City, or Outer Ring Road)
Hybrid or Onsite options may be discussed based on project needs.
