Greeting from Automotive Robotics !! We are hiring for Engineer Mechanical Design with 3+ years of exp for chennai. If Interested ,kindly share the updated resume to rrajasekar@arigs.com Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the Machine Building Industry. Good technical knowledge of Machine Design components & applicaons. Strong experience in conceptualizing, designing, and detailing machine assemblies & individual parts and mechanical engineering principles. Experience in applying technical skills to select proper materials, treatments, and tolerances for process components. Solid understanding of all design aspects and logic related to design and manufacturing. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T, and design for manufacturability and Assy (DFMA). Extensive experience in preparing part/assembly models, components, and assembly drawings, and releasing BOMs for project/orders. Maintain project documents as per company requirements, with creavity to handle SPM concept designs. Experience in selecng and integrang pneumacs, hydraulics, actuators, servo & induction motors, and other automaon components into mechanical systems. Hands-on experience in design and 2D drawing of machines, subassemblies, and individual parts (manufacturing drawings). Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumac elements, and circuits. Design and develop Mechanical systems for Conveyor systems, Assembly automaon, SPMs, Layout designs, and End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) for Robocs systems. Develop and implement strong fixture concepts to ensure precise and reliable operaon of mechanical systems. Proficiency in GD&T and fits. Perform engineering calculaons and analysis to support design decisions. • Experience in SolidWorks or any CAD soware for part modeling, drawing, 2D, 3D, and assembly modeling. Ensure all designs meet quality and safety standards.
