Job Opening for Graduate in Agriculture / Agri Microbiology/ horticulture

We are seeking dynamic and motivated B.Sc. graduates in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Agricultural Microbiology to join our team. The selected candidates will be actively involved in microbial production, laboratory work, and field operations, contributing to the development and application of our bio-based agri products. --- Key Responsibilities Conduct field demonstrations, trials, and farmer interactions for product validation. Perform microbial culture preparation, inoculation, and biofertilizer production. Carry out laboratory work such as media preparation, sterilization, plating, and microbial count. Assist in R&D activities, documentation, and quality control of microbial formulations. Operate and maintain fermenters, bioreactors, and production equipment. Analyze field results and identify practical solutions to problems faced in the field. Coordinate with farmers, distributors, and the technical team to ensure effective product performance. --- Qualifications B.Sc. in Agriculture / Horticulture / Agricultural Microbiology / Biotechnology. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Good understanding of crop health, soil management, and microbial applications. Ability to troubleshoot and solve field-level issues independently. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
