Job Description: Architect Designer Position: Architect Designer Experience: 4 - 8 Years Qualification: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture Location: Head Office, Hyderabad Roles and Responsibilities Design and Development: Lead the architectural design process for government buildings such as hospitals, educational institutions, hotels, and commercial buildings. Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed architectural drawings and designs using AutoCAD. 2. Project Coordination: Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and project objectives are met. Conduct site visits to review design implementation and compliance with drawings. Ensure designs adhere to relevant building codes, standards, and local government regulations. Prepare and review architectural documentation for permit approvals. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other teams for multidisciplinary design integration. Key Skills and Competencies Strong expertise in architectural design and detailing for government and commercial projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD; working experience with Revit is an added advantage. Good understanding of national building codes, standards, and government regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
