This role involves applying to over 100 job opportunities daily, customizing resumes to match specific job descriptions, and fostering professional connections with Hiring Managers, Talent Specialists, and IT Recruiters. Role & responsibilities: Job Applications: Apply to over 100 job opportunities daily on behalf of students using various job portals. • Resume Customization: Tailor and optimize resumes to align with specific job descriptions and industry standards. • Professional Networking: Build and maintain professional relationships with Hiring Managers, Talent Specialists, and IT Recruiters. • Career Guidance: Provide personalized career guidance and support to students throughout their US job search journey. • Interview Preparation: Facilitate interview preparation by offering constructive feedback to enhance student readiness. • Networking Assistance: Assist students in networking with industry professionals to expand their career opportunities. Skills: o Strong understanding of job application processes and resume optimization. o Excellent communication and networking skills. o Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Days & Timing: 5 days Working, Attractive Incentive Night Shift ( US Timing) @ 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM
