Requirement Details: Location : Bangalore Designation: Sales Manager Experience: 6 to 10 Years Qualification: Any Graduate Expected Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days Role and Responsibilities: Achieve sales and profitability goals as established by the Branch. Generates more profitable clients for achieve branch monthly target. Provide regular activity and sales reports to the reporting manager Introduce the organization to all the customers in the region assigned. Identify & secure new customers. Expand & explore new territories Increase the profit margin of existing customers Ensure customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing / new accounts Negotiate with clients and prepare / manage rate quotations, proposals and other sales materials Continually improve the scope, the business foots prints of the company & increase the market share Clearly understand and ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for new business in assigned territory Support lane development strategies. Present our strength areas & highlight key achievement of organization to make an impression with customer Develop continuous improvement methodology in key areas of sales, profit and growth Optimize the conversion of business opportunities Maintain good relationship with operations team, external partners and customers Ensure the payments are collected within the agreed credit period Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
