Job Description: Data Systems & Process Integration ExecutivePosition Overview

The Data Systems & Process Integration Executive will act as a critical link between Maison Ava’s business operations and its digital systems. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, validating, and integrating MIS and operational data from multiple departments (Sales, Production, Inventory, Finance, CRM, etc.) into the company’s internal software and automated tools. The goal is to ensure data accuracy, enable efficient workflows, and support smooth functioning of systems like PO generation, CRM, inventory management, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Integration

- Collect MIS and operational data from various departments on a regular basis

- Clean, format, and standardize raw data for system compatibility

- Upload or synchronize data into internal platforms, PO software, CRM, and other tools

- Support data migration from manual processes to digital systems

2. System Coordination & Process Support

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Finance, and Inventory teams to maintain consistent data flow

- Understand business workflows and ensure accurate mapping inside the software

- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the PO generation system

- Maintain data consistency across CRM, Inventory, Order Tracking, and other internal systems

3. Reporting & MIS Management

- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

- Generate reports on metrics such as sales orders, production status, inventory levels, and performance KPIs

- Provide management with timely, accurate, and actionable insights

4. Data Quality & Accuracy

- Identify and correct data errors, duplicates, missing entries, and inconsistencies

- Run validation checks and maintain audit trails

- Track recurring issues and work on long-term fixes

5. Software Enablement & Process Improvement

- Support teams in effectively using digital tools and internal systems

- Identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements

- Assist with implementation of new system features or enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field

- Strong understanding of MIS, business processes, and operational workflows

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning, Formatting, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM/Inventory or PO management systems

- Ability to analyze data and maintain high accuracy

- Strong coordination and communication skills

- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- Experience in data migration or system implementation

- Familiarity with automation tools or analytics dashboards

- Experience in fashion, luxury, manufacturing, or production-based companies
