Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated AVP Sales to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and client acquisition . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading a high-performance sales team to achieve organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions in the IT services and software solutions space. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, CXOs, and decision-makers . Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance, set KPIs, and drive results. Manage end-to-end sales cycles , including prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and deal closures. Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align sales efforts with business objectives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings . Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and sales performance analysis . Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a leadership role . Proven track record in selling IT services, enterprise software, cloud solutions, or digital transformation projects . Strong experience in B2B sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships . Expertise in handling enterprise clients across various industries . Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills . Experience in driving sales pipelines, CRM tools, and sales analytics . Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment .
