Position Title : Ex / JM / AM - HR Location: Jharkhand Exp : 5+ Years Qualification : MBA -HR/IR/MSW/PMIR/Any graduate Role & responsibilities : Will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. Responsible for payroll maintenance. Dealing with contract labour & maintaining all statutory documents as per act. Maintain good liaison with the Villagers/ Stake holders & Govt. Officials. Maintaining statutory records as per Act. Becoming a part indirect counselling with Workers/Staff. Responsibility of time office.
