JIRA Administrator

Job Description

Set up and configure JIRA projects, workflows, permission schemes, and issue type schemes . Administer JIRA Service Management (JSM) for ITSM processes. Manage user access, roles, and permissions in JIRA. Maintain JIRA performance, indexing, and security compliance . Dashboard & Reporting (JIRA & eazyBI): Create and customize JIRA dashboards using filters, gadgets, and JQL queries. Design and implement eazyBI dashboards for advanced reporting and data visualization. Develop burndown charts, velocity reports, SLA tracking, and KPIs for Agile and ITSM teams. Automate reporting processes and ensure real-time data availability. Automation & Integrations: Implement JIRA Automation Rules to streamline workflows. Configure integrations between JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and other tools . Use REST API to fetch data for custom reports and external integrations. Performance & Troubleshooting: Monitor and optimize JIRA instance performance . Troubleshoot dashboard and reporting issues , ensuring data accuracy. Assist teams in adopting best practices for Agile and ITSM reporting .
