Job Description

Role Summary We are looking for a Jira Administrator who can efficiently handle data analysis, Jira administration, and the day-to-day operations of the CPTO office. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can support product, technology, and operations teams with data-driven insights, process improvements, and project tracking. Job Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to provide meaningful business insights. Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to support decision-making in the CPTO office. Automate data workflows and optimize data extraction processes. Jira Administration & Project Tracking Administer Jira, Confluence, and related tools to support Agile and project management workflows. Set up and maintain Jira boards, workflows, permissions, automation rules, and reports. Support teams with Jira queries, issue tracking, backlog management, and sprint planning. Ensure data accuracy and process adherence in Jira for efficient project execution. CPTO Office Operations & Coordination Support the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) in tracking and managing day-to-day tasks. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to assist with strategic decision-making. Organize meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables. Process Improvement & Automation Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend improvements. Automate repetitive tasks using scripts, macros, or workflow automation tools. Ensure smooth communication and documentation flow within the CPTO office. Job Requirements Educational Qualification and Experience BTech or MCA from good Institution. 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, Jira administration, and office operations Technical Skills Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. Strong skills in data analysis, SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience in creating dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools. Ability to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
