Dear Candidates, A Channel Sales Lead at Jio is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of channel partners and retail outlets. Key responsibilities include: SIM Activation & Revenue Growth: Achieving SIM activation targets at retail outlets and enhancing revenue market share by expanding retail presence and product availability. Channel Partner Management: Overseeing the productivity of channel partners and field sales executives (FSEs), ensuring adequate training and support. Inventory Management: Ensuring distributors and retailers maintain sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand. Distribution Expansion: Increasing the number of recharge and SIM-selling outlets to strengthen distribution networks. Market Analysis: Monitoring competitor activities and reporting insights to the sales and distribution team. Brand Visibility: Implementing strategies to enhance brand presence and visibility within the assigned territory. Qualifications: Education: Graduation in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is preferred. Experience: 4-8 years for graduates; 2-6 years for MBA holders, with a focus on channel sales and distribution. Skills: Strong knowledge of products and market dynamics, channel sales expertise, team and relationship management, target orientation, and customer focus. This role is crucial for expanding Jio's market presence and ensuring effective distribution through strategic channel partnerships.
